UL 1309:2017 PDF Download

The UL 1309:2017 standard establishes the requirements for various types of cables used in marine vessels, offshore petroleum facilities, and mobile offshore drilling units. It's important to note that this standard specifically excludes the use of these cables in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). However, cables that satisfy both the UL 1309 requirements and the NEC can be additionally marked with the appropriate "Type" designation from the NEC for use in accordance with that code.
